OC Bio: Storm Monstru

(( Here we have my second OC, Storm Monstru. He is a black-haired, red-eyed vampire. Yes, he sucks blood... but he has contained himself well enough to stay in the human world without killing humans. The two piercings on his ears are the stones that keep him from killing. Without them, he'll turn on you in a second.))
